MEDITATION TO CONNECT TO THE GOLDEN LIGHT WITHIN.

Researchers have known for decades that meditation can improve someone’s physical and mental health, it can relieve stress, lower blood pressure and lift someone’s mood, bringing mental clarity and reducing anxiety.

Our minds and our bodies are connected.  If we are unhappy for an extended time, our bodies become weaker and more susceptible to illness.  In the same way, when we’re physically run down, it adversely affects our minds. I have taught meditation for many years but it wasn’t until  In May last year I truly felt it’s benefits.  I was diagnosed with  Adrenal fatigue, this didn’t just affect me physically but it was also mentally crippling.  My body was an aching heap  which I could handle, what I couldn’t handle was my mind it just wouldn’t stop.  The only thing that would help me was to meditate.  I found this allowed me to relax, it allowed me to tell myself it was ok to rest and by going within it kept me present and in the now long enough to bring relief.  I found that if I concentrated on the light within my heart and used it to clear all the other energy centres in my body (chakra’s) it felt like every cell in my body would just let go.  The tension in my shoulders would drop and my mind would come into a peaceful state. It lifted my depressive state and anxiety.  I’m really grateful to that time in my life because out of it was born a meditation I now use everyday and am very happy to pass on to you.

I would suggest for best results you do it first thing in the morning in a space where you will not be disturbed.  It’s you way of saying to the world, I am so worth spending time on.  Watch the amazingness that comes from taking time for you.  Relax and enjoy
