Massage is a form of touch which helps to reconnect us all into wholeness. We have through our busy lives disconnected ourselves by separating our mind, body and soul. There are many ways in which we can reconnect these three and massage is our physical way, just as meditation is our spiritual way.
By simply having a massage our body:
- Allows the cells within to release toxins and emotions.
- Allows the physical body to relax and let go of what it needs to in many different forms.
- Allows the body to nourish itself by encouraging blood to flow freely through out it.
I have trained with the New Zealand College of Massage and completed Levels 1,2 and 3 of relaxation massage.
